The full moon in July is known as the Full Buck Moon as the new antlers are pushing through on the buck deer. The moon was full on the 7th and was lovely as always, I just now am getting around to this post.
It is sometimes also known as the Full Thunder Moon due to more thunderstorms in July but that is not the case so far this July.

That is interesting. I did not know that about the moon and its relationship to the buck deer and thunderstorms. I bet it was beautiful.
