Full Sturgeon Moon
The moon will be full on the 5th of Aug. and is known this month as the Full Sturgeon Moon as these fish are most readily caught in the Great Lakes this time of year. It is also known as the Full Red Moon because as it rises it often takes on a reddish color. So step outside tonight and see if it looks red to you.

Oops, I missed this one, of course it has been a week of missing things. Will have to pay closer attention to the days moving one at a time. I hope someone took a photo of the moon. I bet it was beautiful. Thanks for the info.
