New Beginnings

Well, the new year has begun and with it new adventures to come as the old projects look to be completed soon. I have decided to end the weekly recipe challenge though I will on occasion have recipe posts. That served it's purpose and though I an certainly not finished and likely never will be I simply cannot eat many things for awhile yet due to the oral surgery and by the time that work is completed I will be deep into new adventures that will take much of my time.

I have been offered a position as moderator on group I have been a member of for awhile now. I have never done that before so much to learn there. I also am registered for some classes at the local college which will take a huge chunk of my time but I am quite excited about that. It has been an amazing ten years since I took my last class. I have never gone so long before between classes but much has gone on during those years.

But I will still keep busy with odds and ends. Such as the crocheted snowflakes I just posted on my other blog. Click here to see them. So follow along with me on my adventures and share yours with me!

Cheers to you for new beginnings. I wish you much fun being moderator of a group that I know you enjoy being a part of. Also, school. May it be something that you really enjoy. Your Oral Surgery is nearly a thing of the past now, and you have been amazing through what that entailed. I am looking forward to hearing about your first steak dinner, and of course how your moderator position goes and school. Have a blast. Please tell me how you got "here" in your post to highlight so it links to your other Blog.

Thanks for the well wishes. As for the link - I highlighted the word 'here' and went up to the bar above where you type in your post and click on the color tool and select a color just like you do when typing an email. That is how I got the color. Then I highlighted it again and this time I clicked on the link button. That should open up a box where you type in the URL and then click done. Once I publish the post I always try to check the link as sometimes I have to redo it. Let me know if you need more help.

Thank you for the info for doing the link. I know I have asked before and will keep these instructions close by as I will use them.
