I ran across a recipe for easy Elephant ears recently so this morning I decided to give it a try:
Boy are they good! So much better than store bought, if I do say so myself! My only regret is that I only made half a batch.

These look really good. What are the ingredients? I feel like taking one out of the photo and trying it. You never cease to amaze me with all the things you try and make. Yummy!!
It is just puff pastry with a sugar/cinnamon mix - heavy on the cinnamon. A nice light change. Nikki liked them too.
