Light Show

Lots and lots of lightening in the sky this evening.
So very cool to watch (from a distance).

Wish I had a great camera and was a great photographer
because this was the only one that came out
and does not do it justice at all.

But maybe you can get the idea that it was very black in the sky
except when nature lit 'er up!

And yes, that is my 'window' to the universe
framed by a rooftop and trees.

Wow, you captured a great shot. I love the color in the middle of those trees and the bit of your roof. I bet it was amazing to see.

That roof is the neighbor kitty corner behind me. I took this shot through my living room window. With the lights on in the house, which was an added difficulty. I sure wish I could have captured some of the lightening bolts though. There was some sheet lightening but also spider lightening which I do not see much of. Mostly cloud to ground rather than cloud to cloud strikes. A neat display to watch.

It is so hard to capture lightening and so cool to see. You did great through your window. You cannot tell you are not outside taking this photo.
